100-Lap Modified Main To Highlight On Track Activity

Wall Township, NJ – The first batch of honorees that will be attending Hall of Fame Night at Wall Stadium on Saturday night, July 18th have been announced. A Hall of Fame worthy class of Drivers across a number of divisions, car owners, sponsors and media across the 76-year history of Wall Stadium will be in attendance signing autographs, meeting race fans and swapping stories about the glory days prior to the racing program on July 18th.

The first group of drivers that plan on attending on July 18th will be (in alphabetical order) will be Charlie Kremer Jr., Deb Gastelu (on behalf of her husband Ray Gastelu), Derek Hopkinson, Doug Wolcott, Harold Dauncey, Harry Reed, Jimmy Blewett, Kenny Matlach, Kevin Eyres, Lenny Boyd, Lenny Sammons, Ray Liss, Ray Shea, Ryan Flores, Steve Barrick, Steven Reed, Tony Ferrante Jr., Tony Siscone and Tyler Truex.

“This is going to be like one giant Wall Stadium reunion,” said Wall Stadium Director of Racing Operations Pete Maletto. “We’re really working hard to invite everyone that has made their mark at Wall Stadium over the years. We can’t wait to announce who else will be in attendance.”

More names will be added as they confirm their attendance for July 18th.

The Hall of Fame 100 for the NASCAR Modifieds will highlight the on track activity on July 18th, also in competition with the NASCAR Modifieds on July 18th are the O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks, Surf Side Collision 4-Cylinders and the ATQMRA TQ Midgets.

After a week off to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America, Wall Stadium is back in action this Saturday night, July 11th with Banner Night, race fans are encouraged to create a banner supporting their favorite Wall Stadium driver which will be judged during intermission. Banner night rules are available on the Wall Stadium website and Facebook page.

The NASCAR Modifieds will headline the night along with the NASCAR Sportsman, O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks and the Surf Side Collision 4-Cylinders. The Factory Stocks will also make up their rained out feature from Saturday night June 6th.

Pit gates open at 1pm, grandstands at 3pm with racing beginning at 6pm. Adults (18+) are $25, Seniors (62+) and Military w/ID are $20, Children (7-17) are $15 with kids 6 and under being FREE!
