Severe Weather Outlook Postpones Wall Stadium Hall Of Fame Night To August 1

Wall Township, NJ – Due to the severe weather outlook for Saturday afternoon into evening on July 18th, Wall Stadium officials have decided to postpone the Hall of Fame 100 to Saturday night, August 1st. The Friends of Shillelagh will be the event sponsor.
“Our primary focus tomorrow will be praying our fans, competitors, and staff stay safe and hopefully this weather won’t be as bad as they’re saying.Thank you for your incredible patience and for sticking with us through one of the most challenging weather seasons I’ve ever seen in all our years of racing,” said Wall Stadium Director of Racing Operations Pete Maletto.


The schedule for August 1st will remain the same, Pit Gates will open at 1pm, with the Grandstand’s opening at 3pm. The Hall of Fame reunion will begin at 4pm with the autograph session taking place from 4:30-5:30pm prior to racing action getting started at 6pm. A special limited edition Hall of Fame autograph poster will be available to fans in attendance.


The 100-lap event will pay $3,000 to win, $1,500 for second, $1,200 for third, $1,000 for fourth and $900 for fifth. Sixth through 10th will pay $850, $800, $700, $600 and $550 with $300 offered up just for starting.


The NASCAR Sportsman, O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks and Surf Side Collision 4-Cylinders will complete the program.
Adults (18+) are $30, Seniors (62+) and Military w/ID are $20, Children (7-17) are $15 with kids 6 and under being FREE! Pre-sale tickets are available on the Wall Stadium website.


Wall Stadium will be back in action this coming Friday and Saturday nights, July 24th and 25th. Friday night will feature the Monster Truck Roundup while Saturday night will see the NASCAR Modifieds in action along with the NASCAR Sportsman, Surf Side Collision 4-Cylinders and Natural Design Co. Legend Cars. The 4-Cylinders will also complete their feature event from June 6th in addition to it being the final leg of the Legend Car Triple Crown Summer Slam where Mike Alcaro is looking to sweep all three events and the $1,500 bonus that goes with it.


Pit gates open at 1pm, grandstands at 3pm with racing beginning at 6pm. Adults (18+) are $25, Seniors (62+) and Military w/ID are $20, Children (7-17) are $15 with kids 6 and under being FREE next Saturday night.
