Barre, VT — After rain delayed the original date by over three months, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour is ready to return to Groveton, New Hampshire’s Riverside Speedway & Adventure Park this Sunday, August 16 in conjunction with the Pro All Stars Series! The twin bill features the Great North Woods 150 for the Milton CAT stars alongside the Groveton 150 for the PASS Super Late Models while the PASS Modifieds and the ACT Twin-State Flying Tiger Series round out Sunday’s action.
A big shake-up in the driver’s championship standings will begin this Sunday for current third-place runner Jake Johnson. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Johnson cannot commit to the remainder of the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour schedule, leaving Gabe Brown and Kaiden Fisher just five points apart at the top of the score sheet.
The Hartwell Motorsports #91CT remains in the fight for the owners championship with Thunder Road King of the Road and former ACT Rookie of the Year Jason Corliss scheduled to sit behind the wheel. This Sunday will be Corliss’ first time back at Riverside since their repave last summer, leaving the Barre, Vermonter to navigate a different track, a new car, and a new team turning the wrenches.
While Corliss’ summer just got busier in conjunction with his run at a fifth Thunder Road title, Jesse Switser might just be the man to beat this Sunday. Switser won the Keith Morse Memorial 150 back in July over Chris Pelkey and Nick Sweet showing he has the set-up and he certainly needs the win to catch up with Brown and Fisher at the top of the marks.
Top Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour runners Jonathan Bouvrette, Cole Littlewood, Geoff Rollins and Erick Sands also used the Keith Morse Memorial as a test run ahead of Sunday’s Tour event. Riverside is also a rare American facility that Beauceville, Quebec’s Jeff Côté has experience on as do fellow Quebecer Remi Perreault and New Hampshire’s Aaron Fellows.
A pair of stout hometrack defenders will look to win the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour event on Sunday. Milan, New Hampshire’s Bryan Mason and Lancaster’s Jamie Swallow Jr. are both earmarked to fight hard to the checkered flag and keep the $5,000 winner’s check right at home!

Grandstands open at 11:00am on Sunday with racing set to start at 2:00pm. Adult General Admission is set at $25, Kids 6-12 are $10 and Children five and under are free.
