New York’s Riverhead Raceway will see all its 2023 events broadcast live on FloRacing.

One of the most exciting tracks for Modified racing is back on the FloRacing broadcast schedule. Riverhead Raceway at the east end of Long Island will have its entire NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series schedule streamed live on FloRacing beginning on Saturday May 6th.

Riverhead Raceway is one of NASCAR’s oldest weekly tracks. The quarter-mile bullring has been operating continuously since it opened in 1949. It is the last remaining track on Long Island, an area that has produced many big names throughout Modified racing’s history.

The continued broadcasting of Riverhead Raceway’s races is part of a landmark rights agreement between FloRacing and NASCAR at the start of 2022 that has made FloRacing the home for all things NASCAR Roots, including the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, NASCAR Pinty’s Series, and the ARCA Menards Series.

Major events on Riverhead Raceway’s schedule include the 7th Annual Islip 300 on Saturday, November 11, plus three visits by the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in May, June, and September.

2022 saw Kyle Soper once again claim the Modified track championship, but also saw him beat the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in June, becoming the first Riverhead regular to win an NWMT race in nearly 30 years.

Riverhead Raceway’s Saturday night divisions include the Modifieds, Crate Modifieds, Late Models, Blunderbusts, Legends, Super Pro Trucks, and Figure 8s.

Riverhead’s Sunday divisions consist of Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, Bandoleros, and Enduros.

Motorsports fans can subscribe to FloRacing for $150/year to enjoy over 2,000 live motorsports events in 2023. A FloRacing subscription also provides unlimited access to the entire FloSports network, which includes FloHockey, FloWrestling, FloGrappling, and much more.
