2026 White Mountain Season Comes to a Thundering Start on HK Powersports Doubleheader Opening Weekend

N. Woodstock, NH — The time has finally come for the big lid-lifter opening weekend at White Mountain Motorsports Park with the help of HK Powersports! The doubleheader weekend begins Saturday, May 16 with the annual free-to-the-public Car Show from 10:00am to 12:00pm followed by the first round in both the ACT Flying Tiger Twin-State Series and the Central Asphalt Paving Triple Crown just before the Pro All Stars Series Spring Spectacular invasion on Sunday.

Seven divisions kick off HK Powersports Opening Day with The Farmyard Store Flying Tigers highlighting the evening with 75 laps to decide who gets the best start in both the ACT Twin-State Series and the Central Asphalt Paving Triple Crown! Alongside the talent-laden Flying Tiger field, the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Models, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Minis, Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division and Caulder Construction Dwarf Cars begin the season in a big way along with Legends and Bandoleros of the NELCAR Tour! The free-to-the-public car show begins Saturday’s events from 10am to 12-noon, come check out all the winter work of your favorite weekly warriors!

Officials expect plenty of talent and hard racing in all divisions for Saturday’s special HK Powersports kick off to the 2026 season with a 5:00pm start time! General Admission for Saturday’s portion is just $15 for adults, $5 for kids 6-12 with children five and under free plus the Family Four Pack (two kids, two adults) will also be available for $30.

The action doesn’t stop there with the annual early season invasion of the Pro All Stars Series coming in Sunday morning. DJ Shaw leads the PASS Super Late Models into White Mountain Motorsports Park for the Spring Spectacular 150 laps in along with the lightning-fast New England Supermodified Series, the PASS Modifieds and the first event for the Crown Vics, White Mountain’s newest addition!

This will be the start of the 2026 season for the NESS big-block supermodifieds after last weekend’s rain delay at Star with everyone waiting to see if Jeffrey Battle will return to defend his 2025 championship. Racing begins at 2:00pm Sunday with Adult General Admission on sale for $25, kids 6-12 for $10 and children five and under free plus the Family Four Pack (two adults, two kids) will also be available for $50.

The 2026 season at White Mountain Motorsports Park begins with HK Powersports Opening Weekend complete with eleven divisions of racing on Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17. The ACT Flying Tiger Twin-State Series headlines Saturday’s evening showcase with a 5:00pm post time with the Pro All Stars Series Spring Spectacular keeps the action going on Sunday with a special 2:00pm post time!
