N. Woodstock, NH — This Saturday has been circled on many calendars across the Northeast since being unveiled several months ago. The $3,000-to-win Late Model Special presented by Foley Oil & Propane is set to be the biggest event of the early summer season at White Mountain Motorsports Park with several big-name Late Model teams ready to take on the challenge. The $3,000 paycheck waiting in Victory Lane at the end of the 100 lap affair is sure to make many a New England Late Model driver drool as Officials expect quite the shake-up in the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series standings in just its second of four scheduled events.

The Wall’s Ford Platinum Series has quickly become one of the hottest tickets in Late Model racing in just its second season at White Mountain Motorsports Park. Just two weeks ago, twenty-five teams from across the Twin States of Vermont and New Hampshire converged to spark a fantastic start to the 2023 Wall’s Ford Platinum title. St. Johnsbury’s Kasey Beattie took the Spring Board 100 and backed that up with a strong second-place run last Saturday to cement himself as an early frontrunner in the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models in his junior season. Strong as he may be, Beattie will have to get through tough competition once again with the likes of Wall’s Ford Platinum point leader Jimmy Renfrew Jr., American-Canadian Tour invader Gabe Brown, track champions Quinny Welch and Stacy Cahoon and a host of others to claim the $3,000 prize.

The Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers are set to chase down two-for-two winner Brandon Gray. Gray leads the points and the wins column but not if Jamon Perry, John Donahue and Joey Laquerre have anything to say about it. Likewise in the Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Minis, everyone is trying to tackle Kristian Switser as the sophomore racer has taken both victories so far in the four-cylinder division. Defending champion Chris Moulton is also looking hot-to-trot, continuing his championship momentum in the new year.

The Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars return after a week off with defending champion Jason Wyman firmly holding the point standings once again. Two weeks ago, Campton’s Dave Gyger showed considerable speed as did Vermont’s Ethan Tyrell with both looking to overtake Wyman on Saturday.

White Mountain returns to action on Saturday, June 10th with the second round of the Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series. The $3,000 to win Late Model Special presented by Foley Oil & Propane is a can’t miss event as the Foley Oil Late Models go head-to-head with a large crowd of invaders heading over Route 3 with nothing but money-signs in their eyes! The Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Minis and Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars will also join in the Foley Oil & Propane fun!
