N. Woodstock, NH — With the weather forecast for Saturday, June 17th continuing to grow ever more unfavorable, White Mountain Motorsports Park officials have cancelled the events for Saturday night. The Father’s Day Special on Sunday, June 18th will continue as scheduled with the Pro All Stars Series invading White Mountain for a special Sunday afternoon showdown.

The unfavorable forecast is calling for over 90% chance of rain throughout the day on Saturday into late Saturday night before lifting on Sunday morning. “With the NELCAR and NEAR teams coming from Maine and Massachusetts, we wanted to spare them a wasted trip with the certainty of rain hitting us tomorrow,” said WMMP managing partner Cris Michaud. “It’s always a tough decision but we feel it’s the best for these traveling teams in these conditions. We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday.”

Sunday, June 21st brings the Father’s Day Sunday Special headlined by the Pro All Stars Series Super Late Model 150. With a 2:00pm Post Time, the Father’s Day special will also include a $1,000-to-win PASS Modified showdown as part of the Weston’s Automotive Challenge plus the Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Models and a $1,000-to-win Open Street Stock 75-lapper. Adult General Admission will be on sale for $25, children 12-6 at $10 and kids 5 and under free with a Family Four Pack available for $60.
