N. Woodstock, NH — Following last weekend’s rain out, the 31st season of stock car racing at North Woodstock, New Hampshire’s White Mountain Motorsports Park begins in earnest this Saturday, May 27th with the 5t annual Spring Board 100 for the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models. The annual Memorial Day weekend event will also serve as the first of an expanded four races for the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series, a championship within a championship for the local Late Models with several Northeast ringers also expected to join the fray.

A large collection of Late Model stars are expected to join in the 100-lap action on Saturday led by multi-time White Mountain Motorsports Park Kings of the Mountain Quinny Welch and Stacy Cahoon. Both will lead a strong local contingent including Leaf Peepers 100 champion Mike Jurkowski, Jesse Swister, Ryan Ware, Kasey Beattie and Ben Belanger. Rookie of the Year candidate Kyle Goodbout will participate in his first Late Model event along with Matt Anderson, Jimmy Renfrew Jr., and Peyton and Reilly Lanphear to name a few of the Northeast ringers making the trip to join the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series!

Along with the opening run at the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series championship and the King of the Mountain track championship for the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models, the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Minis, Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars and the Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division also get their 2023 season started. Although rain dampened their hopes last weekend, the annual Car Show just two weeks ago gave officials renewed confidence in the growth of these divisions, especially with the Strictly Minis as they navigate a new Hoosier Racing Tire in 2023 for an added challenge to watch all summer long.

The 31st season at White Mountain Motorsports Park officially opens on Saturday, May 27th with a five-division showdown to kick-off the year. The Foley Oil & Propane Late Models start their fight for the King of the Mountain track championship by kicking off the Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series with the 5th annual Spring Board 100. The Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock, Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars and Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division will all be in attendance to get the 2023 season off and running on Memorial Day Weekend!
